NDZ Performance stainless steel guide rods provide a decisive advantage for all Glock owners. Special features include a rigid stainless-steel body that improves lock up by completely removing "guide rod flex". The hex screw removable tip allows the user to choose various spring weights that will calibrate the ammunition to their Glock. Our Generation 4 specific guide rods have an enlarged base similar to the stock OEM guide rods which allow for the single spring assembly to sit at a more parallel position to the barrel for better performance.
The NDZ Generation 4 Adapter Ring installs under the retention end screw thereby making up the difference of space in the front of a generation 4 slide as well as retaining the spring accordingly.
ISMI premium springs are manufactured exclusively with certified aerospace specification alloys; stainless or chrome silicon. Then the springs are heat treated, shot-peened and stress relieved after winding to enhance performance and durability.
Please Make sure you are using the correct loads for the springs or you will have cycling issues.

TiN coating is used in aerospace and military applications and to protect the sliding surfaces. Titanium Nitride (TiN) a PVD coating has a wide range of applications due to the practical properties such as high hardness, good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and excellent wear resistance etc. TiN is a beautiful rich gold color that has a hard finish and is scratch and wear resistant. With the capabilities of being applied to just about any metal surface it is lubricious, corrosion and chemical resistant. It is a cost effective alternative to gold plating. No appreciable build-up to interfere with any firearm operation.
We recommend the use of Blue Loctite on the hex screw threads when switching out springs. This will provide a firm hold and still allow easy removal when necessary.
