Stainless steel guide rods that ship with a range of recoil springs, so you can match slide speed and felt recoil to the ammo, optic, or comp you actually run. Available in up to twelve finishes, from Silver and Black to Tungsten, Burnt Bronze, and Zombie Green. Drop-in fit for Glock, SIG, and more. No gunsmithing.
Together they set how fast the slide comes back, how quickly it returns to battery, how much recoil reaches your hand, and how flat the muzzle stays between shots. Change the spring weight and you change all four. That is the part most factory setups leave fixed.
Packs ship with a range of weights by platform, from three- and five-spring sets to the full seven-spring Glock packs. Start near your pistol's stock rate, then go lighter for speed or heavier for control, and watch your brass and lockup to confirm reliable cycling. The ladder below shows the full-size Glock seven-spring set as an example.
▲ Less spring · faster cycling
Ultra-light loads, fastest cycling. Lowest split times — run only with ammo that reliably cycles it.
Light factory ammo or a compensated pistol. The weight one reviewer paired with a Norsso comp.
Standard factory loads, all-purpose range and carry. Balanced cycling for most shooters.
Closest match to most stock recoil-spring rates. Full-power range ammo with reliable lockup.
More recoil dampening for +P or heavier loads. Slows slide velocity and reduces muzzle flip.
Hot loads or a red-dot build where you want less muzzle flip between shots.
Heaviest loads or a fully optic-loaded slide where you want the flattest possible return.
▼ More spring · more muzzle control
Quick rule when you don't want to climb the whole pack: start at your platform's stock rate, drop about 10% for very light or handloaded ammo, add about 10% to slow the slide and cut frame battering with +P.
| Platform | Stock | −10% · lighter loads | +10% · +P / control |
