How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed automatically when your order is shipped. You may also obtain tracking information by logging into your account by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site.
My order hasn't arrived.
Please familiarize yourself with the Delivery Timetable shown on our Shipping & Returns page to make sure you understand the delivery time-frame for the level of service chosen at checkout. If you believe that your package has been lost in transit or has far exceeded normal delivery times, please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) usually ship the same day. However, please note that during high-volume weeks and seasons, orders may not ship until the following day. Pricing and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our main warehouse, which is in Connecticut.
What are my payment choices?
NDZ Performance accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Businesses may use a company-issued purchase order. Please contact customer service to establish a business account for commercial purchases by purchase order.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to log in to your account and print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order, NDZ Performance receives a payment authorization for the amount of the purchase. Your card or account will not be charged until the order is actually shipped. Please note that it may look as though you have been charged prior to shipping if you pay with a debit card. This is because banks hold funds against an authorization on debit accounts.
