Engraved in house, start to finish
Our artists set up your design and our laser technicians engrave it on fiber, CO2 and YAG lasers in Cheshire, CT.

Typical production time once your final art is approved and paid. Design time and shipping are extra.

Pay the $50 art deposit
We email an invoice for the artwork fee. Design work starts once it’s paid.
Approve the design
We work with you by email or phone until the art is right. If extra artwork or product costs apply, we email a final invoice.
We engrave and ship
Once everything is paid, your part is engraved in house and shipped to you.

What to know before you send a request.
Artwork starts at $50
The artwork fee is paid up front by emailed invoice, as a deposit toward preparing your design.
Complex art can cost more
Art that needs extra editing, cleanup or changes may carry added artwork charges, billed on your final invoice.
One artwork fee per design
You pay the artwork fee once. Reorder the same design later and there is no artwork fee.
No coupon codes
Coupon and discount codes can’t be applied to custom work.
Laser engraving, 2D or 3D
We laser engrave custom art as a flat 2D image or in 3D relief. We don’t take custom CNC milling projects.

- The part: product code, model and generation
- Material, coating, color and quantity

Request sent
We’ll email you an invoice for the $50 artwork deposit, then contact you to finalize your design. Production takes about 5 business days once the final art is approved and paid.
