Designed to work with Kimber Models: Ultra Carry II, Ultra Raptor II, Ultra Aegis II, Ultra II, Ultra Crimson Carry II, Eclipse Ultra II, SIS Ultra, Ultra Covert II, Tactical Ultra II, Ultra CDP II, Pro Carry Officers style pistols that have the through hole for the stock "L" shaped tool bushing-less bull barrel.
Currently, we offer 2 tools for the Kimber 3" bushing-less barrel pistols. These tools are a must-have item for any Kimber owner. The Long Tool lines up the half-moon on the slide stop, allowing you to lock your slide rearward. Made of Delrin, so no scuffing or wearing your expensive firearm finish.
Additionally we make a short tool that has a step and directly replaces your factory tool allowing you to break down the recoil spring more efficiently and the long tool allows you to remove the slide stop lever with ease. To us, they both have a place with the Kimber Ultra II series, the reason we are producing both tools. The long tool allows for an easy breakdown, however, the spring is under more pressure if you're looking to clean the recoil springs the short tool is perfect. LONG TEAR-DOWN TOOL FOR KIMBER ULTRA CARRY II
Works great for teardown, but it's a bitch to remove the tool after use. I damaged mine after spending 40 minutes removing the damned thing! Chewed it up with a pair of hemostats.

Best tool on the market for slide removal on any 3" Kimber. So much easier than paper clip tool supplied with 3" Kimbers.

Great tool-Great Company
The long take-down tool is the fastest, easiest, most secure way to tear down my 3” Kimber 1911s. I keep several around w/ my cleaning kits and use them every time. So much easier than the paper clip like tool Kimber gives you. Inexpensive and shipping is quick. What else can you ask for?

Was waiting for the mail-man, still not getting use to this. very tight and had to use couple of screw drivers to get off, thought second time would be easier but was not. call customer service and the man said you have the right gun so should be simple. but did not get any easier. still real tight and hard to get off. just got a bad one, that happens
