Not designed to easily remove. Looks good
It looks great once you have it installed BUT... unless you've taken the slide apart before, i damaged the striker housing which is made of plastic on the P365. I ordered a replacement just in case it affects performance. If I had known, I probably wouldn't have replaced it. Just a fair warning. The plastic striker housing is around $20. The entire striker assembly is $60.

Made a mistake
When I ordered I was between a couple of different engravings. When I finally selected I was looking for 9mm, but selected the 10mm engraving. Customer service reached out Monday morning (placed order Sunday night( to make sure this is what I wanted. It was not and told them. That afternoon my order was shipped with the correct engraving. Great customer service!!!!

Really good looking plate semi-metallic luster
It's a Really nice looking rear slide plate. It is a thousandths of an inch too small so it sometimes moves a hair offset, but you can align it with your finger. I just put a tiny piece of tape against the corner so it remains 100% upright. The slant is maybe 99% upright, but I have OCD. Overall it's pretty badass and adds a nice contrast to my FDE NRA Sig 365
