Rear slide plate P365
It was a pain in the rear to install given that the new P365 has an added safety that must be held to be able to install the rear plate. Nonetheless, the rear slide plate with the custom engraving looks awesome!

Exactly what it looks like
Product is durable, clean, great fit and finish, and works exactly as advertised. I did realize that I don't necessarily want a gold backplate as it distracts from the sights slightly on an all-black pistol but it is exactly what I ordered at a reasonable price and the customer experience was very fair. Couldn't ask for more so I did not return and will be keeping it should I ever change my mind in the future or decide to train enough with it to get used to it as it does look amazing.

Does Not Fit 2020 and newer P365
Sig updated the striker assemblies on all P365 built in 2020 and this slide plate does not fit slides with this updated striker assemblies. NDZ is aware of the problem but thus far has decided not to address. I know this because when I reported it, Mike@ndzperformance.com responded stating NDZ does not currently have a slide plate that fits the new assembly - yet they continue to sell without warning and refuse to cover the cost of return shipping if you happen to have a P365 with the new striker. Be advised before you make your purchase.
