Works but...
I ordered this from NDZ and have loved their products in the past but was a little frustrated. The description said that it was for the P365 and P365 XL. While it works in a P365 it is designed for the P365 XL. The XL magazine doesn't need the upward tabs, the P365 magazine does. The picture did show the product accurately without the tabs but I was going by the description. This was a none essential 'splunge' to make my new black magazines match the FDE of my P365. The gap because the magazine is missing the tabs shows a big flash of black and defeats that purpose. It functions with a P365 but is not designed for it. I would suggest getting the pinky extension, for some reason it DOES have the tabs. I now wish I had ordered that instead but I wanted another slim carry magazine.

Slim plate, not for the P365
The slim plate has a nice finish but the problem is it is really not manufactured to fit the P365.. There are spaces on the sides and front. Although it is functional it looks like it belongs on a different model.

Metal mag plate
The shipping was very quick and the quality of the piece and laser etching was flawless but the only problem I have Is the slack when it’s installed in the mag. It has this leeway to move back and forth, But not come out or disengage, just a little slack.

Poor design and to loose of matching tolerance
OK, first off these things look great. However that’s where their positives end. The machining tolerances are too loose and the base plates when installed properly allow too much play in the spring baseplate. The base plate for the 365xl slides forward and back and feels as if it might come off. I was able to make this happen a few times. The constant up-and-down play of a couple millimeters does not fully hold the prong in place. I am worried about reliability wilts the poor fit. I have extended Magazine base plates for the standard 365 from NDZ and those are great. These just really fell short and are unusable. I hope the make them right because the look great, and I really enjoy my other products from them.

Perfection
Great addition to your Sig P365/365xl's. Solid as a rock, no chance of breaking your mag if dropped during exchanges. Being able to laser engrave them for easy identification is also a nice touch.

Did not fit well
Magazine plate is not designed like the original, this one is bulky and will not fit flush with magazine. Installed in magazine, there is a sizable gap between the front lip of plate and magazine, making fit and look of the replacement plate a complete mess! I would not recommend! I sent it back!
