If your slide hangs up Ghost has a simple solution. Don't bother calling NDZ. Go to the Ghost web page and watch a video or call them and they will answer the phone and walk you through the procedure. If you don't want to do it yourself, Ghost will prepare one for you and send it out with no questions asked. The people who own Ghost are very helpful and top-notch in customer service!!

Customer service!
I have worked in sales, management, and retail for the betterpart of the last 10 years. There's a statistic I believe in that say people will spend 20% more for good service. I bought a product and had an issue with it causing me to call in and leave a message. I was pleasantly surprised by when your agents returned my call and wanted to rectify the situation. Ghost Edge 3.5 - Jury still out...
It does what it advertises - practically dissolves the "wall". However, my slide seems to snag a bit on the last 1/4" or so of the return stroke. Good Product
The Ghost connectors did take out the hard wall. Now the tigger is a rolling lighter break over factory. Very happy.
