Upgrade your firearm with the ISMI 18lb Reduced Power Recoil Spring for CZ P1C.
Fits CZ Models: P-1C.
When looking to adjust the recoil spring weight for the CZ P-1C ISMI Springs are a top-of-the-line choice for fine-tuning. For Minor Loads, ISMI offers a weight range of 15, 18, and 2 Pound Springs in Flat Wire to help achieve the desired spring weight and pistol performance.
Reduced Power Springs such as the 15 and 18-pound springs are typically used for Competition Shooting or using a Recoil Compensator with Barrel. A lighter weight Recoil spring allows for a faster recoil time. This allows the shooter to stay on target longer and makes target re-acquisition, Faster and Easier. The Factory Stock Weight 16lb Spring is a great choice for replacing worn-out springs.
ISMI Premium Springs are manufactured exclusively with certified aerospace specification alloys; chrome silicon. Then their springs are heat treated, shot-peened, and stress relieved after winding to enhance performance and durability. Chrome silicon springs have 1x the life of traditional music wire springs, and they hold much better tolerances during compression and cycling.
These springs utilize the same design and manufacturing technology as used in IndyCar and Formula One racing. In a typical 5 mile race, a valve spring in an IndyCar will go through more than 20,5, compression cycles. Consideration of factors such as modulus, wire diameter, mean diameter, active coils, total deflection, spring relaxation, maximum service temperature, and operating environment, results in you having modern spring technology available for your pistol.
