One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Custom Glock 43X Build (approximate retail value: $1,500 USD), which includes: No prize substitutions are allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will issue any tax forms required by law. The prize includes a handgun and will be shipped only to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) chosen by the winner in the winner’s state of residence. To take possession, the winner must complete ATF Form 4473, pass the required background check, and meet every federal, state, and local requirement for receiving the prize. Federal law prohibits a licensed dealer from transferring a handgun to anyone under 21 years of age. Any transfer fee charged by the receiving FFL will be paid by the winner. The winner must respond to the prize notification and complete the FFL transfer within thirty (30) days of notification or forfeit the prize. No cash alternative is offered. If the winner cannot legally receive the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be selected by random draw and notified within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes ends. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
