Ghost Plus 2 was designed to allow a user to add 2 more rounds to an existing magazine. Each Ghost G43X and 48 Plus 2 features a Stainless Steel Magazine Spring to replace the factory one as well as the extension. The additional surface area not only allows for the more capacity but also doubles as a pinky rest providing a better grip especially with users that have large hands.
