The Sponsor of the Multicam Mania Giveaway is NDZ Performance.

ELIGIBILITY

The Multicam Mania Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of NDZ Performance and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering, you agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. You represent that you meet the eligibility requirements and accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding. Entrants may contact the Sponsor with any questions related to the Sweepstakes.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 20, 2026, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on July 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter by submitting the entry form at ndzperformance.com and completing any required actions. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified. Multiple entries using different emails, identities, or devices are prohibited. The use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain entries or share the giveaway is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Multicam Mania Build Package (approximate retail value: $1,300 USD), which includes:

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing and notified within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes ends. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT

By entering, you grant NDZ Performance the right to use your name, likeness, entry content, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. You warrant that your entry does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NDZ Performance from any related claims.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NDZ Performance, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States.

To request the name of the winner, contact NDZ Performance within four (4) weeks after the Sweepstakes end date.
