Please use the proper tools like a vice and This NDZ Performance Guide Rod Spring Removal Tool here when switching out your springs.

Important: We recommend the use of Blue Loctite on the hex screw threads when switching out springs. This will provide a firm hold and still allow easy removal when necessary.
