never arrived, lost in transit
bought the knife since it was cheaper than paying for shipping by hitting the free shipping limit. was packaged in a bubble envelope which was not sufficiently sealed at the top sealed edge (bubble wrap did not extend to the envelope seam). was lost in transit and was told to go kick rocks about it. Wasn't expecting much from a $6 knofe but not even getting one is doubly worse. at least i learned a lot about customer service practice here
