Ideal for high-power loads, duty setups, or tuned competition builds. The included hex screw tip allows quick swapping of recoil springs to suit your specific load or shooting style. This kit delivers real-world performance improvements in durability, accuracy, and slide return speed.

Glock Factory Recoil Spring Weights by Model

• Glock Models: G17, G20, G21, G22, G24, G31, G34, G35, G37, G40, G41 - Factory Stock Spring weight is 17 lbs.
• Glock Models: G19, G19X, G23, G32, G38 - Factory Stock Spring weight is 18 lbs.

What Recoil Spring Weight do you Need?

• 11 - 13 lbs. Springs: Typically used for Competition Shooting, or when using a Recoil Compensator with Barrel. A lighter weight Recoil spring allows for a faster recoil time. This allows the shooter to stay on target longer and makes target re-acquisition, Faster and Easier.
• 16 lbs. Springs: For Reduced Power Ammunition Loads.
• 17 - 18 lbs. Springs: Factory Weight.
• 19 - 24 lbs. Springs: For Heavy Power Ammunition Loads +p or +p+.

Note: We recommend the use of Blue Loctite on the hex screw threads when switching out springs. This will provide a firm hold and still allow easy removal when necessary.
