NDZ Performance's competition Stainless Steel or Brass Firing Pin Channel Liner Sleeve for Glock Gen 1-5 models is a precision-manufactured replacement for your stock plastic channel liner sleeve. Our sleeves will improve your Glock's performance by reducing unwanted friction vs stock within the firing pin assembly by up to 47%. Stock plastic molded sleeves also have imperfections and size variations from the molding process, such as mold release tabs, and may not be perfectly internally round and/or have internal burrs or blemishes increasing firing pin friction and reducing the actual speed of the firing pin assembly. Our sleeves are always perfectly round and remain smooth even under heavy use. See how much an NDZ Competition Channel Liner Sleeve will improve your Glock's performance and shooting experience today!

Features:

  • Quick and easy drop-in installation and removal, NO tools required.
  • Helps the trigger feel more smooth during operation and reduces trigger pull weight by 1-4 ounces.
  • Improves firing pin speed by 25 to 30%.
  • Helps eliminate light primer strikes, reduces unwanted friction by up to 47%.
  • Big benefits when using in conjunction with a reduced power firing pin spring.
  • Our liners are made from solid Stainless Steel or Brass and will never rust or corrode.
  • All NDZ Performance parts include a lifetime warranty against manufactured defects.
  • Proudly made in the USA.

Note: These liners are intended to be installed and removed without the use of any tools.

Bench testing has revealed the following: The breakaway force for the Glock OEM stock firing pin assembly within the OEM plastic sleeve averages around 69.3 grams, with the same Glock OEM firing pin assembly and using only a NDZ SST Sleeve we saw that number come down and remain very consistent. The results yielded an average breakaway force of 42.5 grams. In the end, you will see less friction. Initial testing showed 47% less friction over stock, offering better and more consistent results. The SST liner offers reduced friction based on material properties and manufacturing a CNC part vs molded part is much more controllable both dimensionally and tolerance wise.
