The PG-42+1 Plus Grip Extension for Glock model 42. Please note: Will not fit the 43 models. The Pearce Grip PG-42+1 Plus Grip Extension replaces the magazine base plate providing one extra round of capacity. The PG-42+1 will add 3/4 inch additional length forming the next logical finger positioning for better control and comfort without sacrificing conceal ability. These units blend with the contours of the handgun giving a factory appearance.
