Definitely improvement
Recently purchased this spring for my Gen 5 19. Originally replaced the 5.5lb spring with the 5lb. Difference was barely noticeable. I then bought this 4.5lb spring. Also installed the NDZ polished minus connector. All internals are polished also. By far best trigger I've ever felt in a Glock. Pre travel is very minimal and break is very predictable and crisp. Reset is short and quick. Pull weight is a constant 3.8lbs overall average. No light primer strikes of any kind. Buy this spring you won't regret it

This is best 4 1/2 lb spring i ever installed in my Glock Trigger is so easy to pull and a lot quieter

I have used this on most of my Glocks
It is amazing how a lighter striker spring can lighten the trigger pull. You may have to try a 4 lb or 5 lb spring to get the feel you like but the 4.5 lb works best for me. Use this along with the Ghost Edge 3.0 connector and get an amazingly smooth trigger pull. And I have not experienced any FTFs.

Great simple upgrade for lighter pull
Used with Fiocchi 115gr and 124gr 9mm no issues with light strikes. Worked together with other lighter springs to reduce trigger pull weight. Installation is simple to do yourself. Good purchase.
