Route offers tracking services and shipping protection which extends insurance for online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier's proof of delivery where Route traces the transportation. Route App, Inc. (Route) is the named insured on the shipping insurance policy ("Policy"); Safe Order Solutions ("SOS"), Route's licensed producer entity, procures the Policy from SEG Insurance Ltd. Route, through SOS, may receive compensation for its services and for your participation in Route.

 

If you deselect Route Package Protection from your order NDZ Performance is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP: (Local in Connecticut)

Please call (203) 439-7784 ext. 127 to schedule a time to pick up online orders placed where the "pick up in-store option" has been selected as your shipping preference. Calling ahead will guarantee that we can give you the appropriate amount of time you need should you require assistance from the customer service department or our parts department. We operate in a fast paced environment and want to make sure that we can accommodate your needs accordingly while accomplishing our daily work flows. Thank you!

 

ORDERS TOTALING $100 OR MORE:

Due to more frequent potential fraud attempts, we require matching ship & bill to addresses and packages totaling $100 or more USD be shipped with Adult Signature confirmation. This ensures that you get your package and it also assists with potential claims issues moving forward. Please contact us if this presents a problem for you, we can discuss alternate shipping methods.

 

HOW LONG BEFORE AN ORDER ARRIVES:

We ship domestic orders via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Shipping time depends on the method selected. We normally process orders within 12-24 hours after receipt, Monday - Friday. Post Office Box orders are shipped only via USPS. NOTE: Our items are shipped from our Wallingford, CT facility. If you are in a rush, we highly recommend that you choose 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or USPS Priority instead of Ground. We are closed on weekends. Items shipped prior to cutoff on Friday, will arrive on MONDAY. Weekends and holidays are not considered 'transit days' for both Fedex or  UPS.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

NDZ Performance may ship all apparel, automotive accessories, powersports and many more items internationally. The only exceptions are firearms related accessories and items with an Export Restriction notice. This notice reads "We cannot ship this item outside of the U.S."

 

U.S. MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

We're able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses and those are marked on the product detail page with an Export Restriction notice. This notice reads "We cannot ship this item outside of the U.S."

 

CANADIAN & US CUSTOMERS:

NDZ Performance does not export. We do NOT ship any firearms related accessories internationally. All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The only exception to this is for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, with important restrictions as noted below: PLEASE NOTE: Many of the items on this Web site are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130), the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2778), or the Export Administration Act of 1979 (as amended, 22 USC App. 2401 et. seq.) and EXPORT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED without authorization or a license for each order as issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations any shipment to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the 50 United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

HOW MUCH ARE TAXES?

Sales tax is required to be charged for all Connecticut orders and may vary from state to state.

 

MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Generally uncommon in nature, however it does happen from time to time. An instance when a package might end up missing, stolen or damaged from the delivery address. NDZ Performance is responsible for everything up to the point of shipping. Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (usually USPS, UPS or FEDEX) to deliver it safely and in a timely manner to the address you provided.

 

NDZ Performance is NOT responsible for the following conditions:

   * Incorrect/ improper shipping address being input by customer

   * Missing or Stolen package when the order shows delivered - make sure your location is secure or request a signature confirmation

   * Damage to goods during shipping or delivery, please contact shipper for claims process or forms

 

You can be assured that NDZ Performance applies great care to make sure your items are properly packaged for shipment to your door. In the event of a damaged parcel, the delivering carrier needs to be notified upon receipt of any problems. We recommend taking a picture of any damaged packages PRIOR to opening. Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise. We highly urge you to take precautions to ensure that your delivery address is safe for your packages to be left at. We also recommend using signature confirmation for your order, please leave us a note in your order comments – additional fees may apply for this service. Ask your delivering Carrier within a day or two. Generally, they can recall specific details on your package delivery. At times missing or lost packages may be with a neighbor, another family member or just out of plain view. If you suspect your package was stolen, you must file a Police report to file a claim with either UPS, USPS or FEDEX. Do NOT wait, please make it a Priority to process immediately.

 

RETURNS:

We will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund 30 days after delivery of the product. At NDZ's sole discretion, if after the 30 days we may offer an exchange or store credit only. All returns must have the Order Number for the purchase item included with your return. Please contact us at returns@ndzperformance.com should you have any questions. Items being returned must be in "New", in original packaging, unmarked, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is as follows:

 

1. Without showing any signs of wear, abrasion, installation marks or free from any damage of any kind. Original packaging remains intact, sealed packages remain factory sealed.

2. Within 30 days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed, however we encourage you to please call us)

3. Must not be a special or custom order. (special or custom orders will be replaced if found to be defective)

4. Some items on the website may have a non-returnable checkbox, these are generally higher priced items that we may offer engraving, as such these may not be returnable. Please see item details for more information

 

* Any item marked or sold as a "closeout, discontinued, blemished or special sales event which may show "All Sales Final" cannot be returned.

 

Please contact NDZ Customer Support immediately by phone or email if an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped. Examples are wrong item, color, missing lasering or color fill option. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

 

To help facilitate customer related complaints, we may request pictures which help us accomplish a couple of things.

 

1. It helps NDZ to better understand the nature of your problem. It could be a fitment or model specific related issue, or just plainly an incorrect item you received.

2. It assists us to help quickly resolve your issue and determining if there is a problem in which we may need to act on immediately.

 

We appreciate your assistance in these cases and we understand this may burden some of our customers. For users that might not be tech savvy, our staff will work with you to assist the best that we can to help resolve any issues. Even though we strive for perfection, shipping errors may occur from time to time. At NDZ, be certain that we will do our best to correct any issue you are contacting us about.

 

NDZ will NOT be responsible for any issues, refunds or exchanges which are manufactured by a competing company. Warranty issues may be handled directly with the manufacturer. NDZ is not responsible for refunding or exchanging manufactured products by another company. There is only a 10% restocking fee for returned items that are returned for refund due to mis-purchased or change of mind.

 

Exchanges, you bet and we are always here to help. Please note there may be a small reprocessing fee (return shipping) which should accompany your returned item. Please contact us prior to your return for an accurate total. You MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Please note: Shipping and Handling fees are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If NDZ is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order.

NDZ Performance highly recommends that any and all firearms accessories or components be installed by a certified armorer or qualified gunsmith. Firearms are technical and intricate systems and demand proper attention. Improper installation of parts and or accessories may result in a dangerous malfunctioning condition, which may cause an accidental discharge, damage to the firearm, serious injury or death to the operator or other persons. How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Disclaimer

NDZ Performance barrels are designed to work seamlessly with factory-new, high-quality SAAMI spec +P ammunition. However, they are not recommended for use with "+P+" or "++P" over-pressure ammunition, as well as reloads or rounds utilizing substandard components. Using +P ammunition should only be used in moderation, particularly with smaller or lighter handguns, as these firearms and their components may undergo accelerated wear compared to larger or heavier handguns. Furthermore make sure to do your research on the ammunition that you will be using. Exceeding 1300 FPS with your ammunition will nullify the warranty.
