Machined from solid stainless steel, this drop-in guide rod adds critical forward weight to reduce muzzle flip, soften felt recoil, and deliver smoother cycling shot after shot.

Choose the standalone guide rod or a complete assembly with your choice of ISMI recoil spring weight. ISMI springs are built from certified aerospace-grade stainless or chrome silicon alloy, heat treated, shot peened, and stress relieved for unmatched durability and performance under pressure. You can also purchase a tuner pack that contains a guide rod as well as all of the available recoil spring weights. Unlike stock polymer rods NDZ guide rods won’t chip, flex, or fail during use and will never damage your frame. Important: We recommend the use of Blue Loctite on the hex screw threads when switching out springs. This will provide a firm hold and still allow easy removal when necessary.
